The Magnificent Women at the Staples International Women’s Day Event

Our Approach is simple.

Practice feeling good about yourself, from the inside out. Start with 10 minutes a day and allow yourself to feel magnificent.

Our beliefs are the driving force behind the way we experience life. Our life experiences have created ‘our stories’ (underlying beliefs) which are often of being ‘not enough’; not good enough, not smart enough, not worthy enough… These beliefs are not true, and they are not serving us. The problem is that we are unaware of them operating in the background, influencing our choices. It’s the hamster wheel of insanity – going around and around making the same choices and expecting different results. We wonder why we keep ending up in the same place.

Our choices reflect and perpetuate our beliefs. If we are not making conscious choices, we end up on the hamster wheel. The underlying belief of ‘not good enough’ will prevail and we will continue to make choices that reinforce that belief. The good news is that beliefs are just thoughts which we have come to accept as true and we can change our thoughts. We can learn to make different choices and generate beliefs that serve us.

In order create lasting peace, joy and fulfillment in our lives, we need to replace our beliefs of ‘not being enough’ and learn to make conscious choices that align with the magnificence within us. We call it a proactive approach to creating vibrant mental health. Instead of making choices from a place of ‘not good enough’ we learn to make them from a place of magnificence. The first step is learning how to connect with the magnificence within.

There are many ways to do this. Over time you will discover what works best for you. For now, start with our recording below. Find a quiet place where you can devote 10 minutes to your practice. Sit comfortably and be open to the experience. Allow yourself to truly feel that you are magnificent. Just try it for 10 minutes a day and see how you feel.
